Regular visits to local suppliers ensure only the highest quality beef is bought, minced and diced onsite and the quality through the supply chain is maintained from start to finish. John knows a thing or two about making good crispy, golden pastry, after all he’s been with us for 44 years. The secret is making it the traditional way layer upon flaky layer, with a little bit of John’s experience going into each and every layer of pastry. Passionate about his pastry, John is continuously experimenting with ways to improve, to ensure crispy and delicious pastry in every bite.
