We source fresh, meat produce from local Australian farms, then ground and dice all our beef on our bakery premises.

We use up to 20 tonnes of wheat flour, per week, ground from premium Australian wheat.
We use 2.2 tonnes of cheese in our products each month.
We only use freshly prepared vegetables, delivered from local growers where possible.
